# Delete your account

Last updated October 19, 2026

At **Outlife: Life Companion**, you retain complete ownership of your data. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.

## Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

1. Open the **Outlife** app on your Android or iOS device.
2. Go to **Settings** (gear icon).
3. Tap on **Privacy** > **Delete Everything / Delete Account**.
4. Confirm your choice. Your account, contacts, relationship notes, and storage files will be permanently deleted immediately.

## Method 2: Email Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request account deletion by emailing us at [info@horizam.com](mailto:info@horizam.com) from the email address registered with your account.

Your request will be processed, and all associated personal data will be completely purged from our Firestore database and Cloud Storage within 7 days.
