At Outlife: Life Companion, you retain complete ownership of your data. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)
- Open the Outlife app on your Android or iOS device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Tap on Privacy > Delete Everything / Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. Your account, contacts, relationship notes, and storage files will be permanently deleted immediately.
Method 2: Email Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request account deletion by emailing us at info@horizam.com from the email address registered with your account.
Your request will be processed, and all associated personal data will be completely purged from our Firestore database and Cloud Storage within 7 days.
